All vendor applications are submitted through Eventeny. Simply apply for the event you’re interested in and our team will review your application.

Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure a well-balanced, high-quality market. You’ll receive an email once your application is approved or declined.

Yes. To maintain a great experience for shoppers and vendors, we limit the number of vendors and food trucks per event.

Yes! We offer options like the Sunny’s Gold Card and Silver Card, which provide discounted rates and priority perks for frequent vendors.

All vendor fees are non-refundable. Please be sure before committing to an event.

In rare cases of cancellation due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be contacted directly with next steps or potentially credit options.

Setup times vary by event and are provided in your vendor packet prior to each market. Breakdown begins after the event closes to the public.
