  • All vendor applications are submitted through Eventeny. Simply apply for the event you’re interested in and our team will review your application.

  • Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure a well-balanced, high-quality market. You’ll receive an email once your application is approved or declined.

  • Yes. To maintain a great experience for shoppers and vendors, we limit the number of vendors and food trucks per event.

  • Yes! We offer options like the Sunny’s Gold Card and Silver Card, which provide discounted rates and priority perks for frequent vendors.

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable. Please be sure before committing to an event.

  • In rare cases of cancellation due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be contacted directly with next steps or potentially credit options.

  • Setup times vary by event and are provided in your vendor packet prior to each market. Breakdown begins after the event closes to the public.
